Contact Support
For help or feedback, email:
To help us understand the issue, please include:
- the type of device you are using, such as iPhone, iPad, or Mac;
- your operating-system version and SodaClock version;
- the steps that led to the issue; and
- if helpful, a screenshot that does not contain sensitive information.
Do not send an Apple Account password, payment-card number, identity document, or other sensitive information that is not needed to resolve the issue.
Email is used only to answer inquiries, investigate reported issues, and provide support. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling. Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. You may use the same address to request deletion of the relevant email and personal information from mailboxes and records reasonably controlled by the Developer. Copies retained by an email provider for backup or security purposes are governed by that provider’s rules.
The support mailbox uses Google Gmail. When you send an email, your email provider and Gmail process the information needed to transmit, secure, and store the message. Please send only what is necessary to resolve your issue. See the SodaClock Privacy Policy for details.
In mainland China, a user under the age of 14 should have a parent or other legal guardian send a support request on the user’s behalf. Minors in other regions should follow applicable local requirements.
How to Restore Purchases
- Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If your access comes through Family Sharing, use the family member’s Apple Account that receives the shared entitlement and confirm that Family Sharing is still active.
- Open SodaClock.
- Open the More page.
- Select Restore Purchases.
- Wait for StoreKit to finish checking entitlements.
Restoring purchases does not result in another charge. The outcome depends on the valid transactions and entitlement status returned by Apple. A purchase that has expired, been refunded or revoked, or belongs to another Apple Account may not be restored.
How to Manage or Cancel a Subscription
The monthly and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. You can view, manage, or cancel them through your Apple Account subscription settings:
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, go to your Apple Account, and select Subscriptions.
- On Mac, open your App Store account settings and go to subscription management.
- Select SodaClock.
- Follow Apple’s instructions to manage or cancel the subscription.
Deleting SodaClock does not cancel a subscription. Labels and navigation may vary by operating-system version or region. Refer to Apple’s current subscription management instructions if needed.
Free Trial
The annual plan may include a one-week free trial for users who meet Apple’s eligibility requirements. The trial applies only when it is expressly shown on the purchase screen for that user. Apple and StoreKit determine eligibility based on the user’s account and purchase history, so not every user will qualify. The trial period, price, and eligibility information shown by StoreKit before confirmation govern the purchase.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the annual price shown on the purchase screen and renews automatically.
Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not renew automatically. It currently does not support Family Sharing, but eligible access can be rechecked through Restore Purchases.
Family Sharing
Availability of Family Sharing depends on the App Store configuration of the product, Apple’s rules, the user’s region and family-group status, and the information returned by StoreKit. SodaClock displays a Family Sharing statement only when StoreKit indicates that the relevant product supports it.
Whether a monthly or annual subscription supports Family Sharing is determined by the information shown by SodaClock and the App Store at the time of purchase. Lifetime Pro currently does not support Family Sharing.
iPhone, iPad, and Mac
SodaClock supports iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Where Apple permits, while a purchase remains valid and the corresponding Apple Account is used, Pro access may be verified or restored through StoreKit on supported devices.
Clock settings and other local preferences do not sync through a SodaClock account or proprietary cloud service. They may need to be configured separately on each device.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my membership price different from someone else’s?
Apple displays the actual price and currency based on the App Store region, taxes, and current product configuration. The StoreKit information shown before purchase confirmation governs the transaction.
Why do I not see a free trial?
The free trial is available only to users who meet Apple’s eligibility requirements. StoreKit determines whether to display it based on the Apple Account and purchase history.
Why is Pro still locked after I restore purchases?
Make sure you are using the Apple Account that completed the original purchase. If access comes through Family Sharing, confirm that the current family member’s account, family group, and purchase sharing remain active. Also check the network connection and availability of Apple services. StoreKit may not return an active entitlement if the purchase has expired, been refunded or revoked, belongs to another account, or no longer qualifies for Family Sharing. If you still need help, contact support without sending an account password or full payment information.
Do my local settings sync automatically?
No. SodaClock currently does not sync through its own account system or server. Clock preferences, personal messages, event countdowns, and some window settings are primarily stored on the current device.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email oyzgzc@gmail.com. Because SodaClock currently has no proprietary account system and does not store in-App local preferences on the Developer’s server, the Developer generally cannot identify or remotely delete local data on a user’s device. The Developer can, however, address support emails actively sent by the user and the personal information they contain.
